Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed once the issue has been reviewed.
